・I will send you a proposal within 5 days.
・I accept requests based on your online presence and past activities.
・Prices are subject to increase in the future.

Change the color of the Live2D model using VTubeStudio's functions.

Please do not use my illustrations for AI training purposes.

Production Flow 制作の流れ
1. I will provide an estimate for your request.
If you agree to the quoted amount, I will issue an invoice via PayPal, so please check the email address you have provided.
Payment is required in full upfront.
2. First, I will create a rough image drawing.
Once you are satisfied with the design, I will start the clean-up process.
At this stage, you may request up to three revisions.
3. Please check the illustration after it is completed.
I will respond to revisions free of charge as long as they are not major revisions, such as drastically changing the position of a pose or adding a new illustration.
(Change the color, eyes, feet thickness slightly, etc.)
For Skeb-style commissions, only one request message is allowed. Please note that meetings and progress updates during production are not provided.
Deadlines and Delivry 納期・制作日数
・The period from the start of production to delivery:
- It takes about 1 month to create the illustration.
- It takes about 2-3 months to create live2D art.
- It takes about 2 to 3 months to create a character design.
・The start of production will depend on the production schedule at that time.
Usage 使用について
・The copyright of the artwork belongs to the artist (creator).
・Clients are free to use the delivered illustrations on social media or streaming platforms (e.g., X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
・However, the following cases will require additional fees:
✅For merchandise production and sales: Commercial usage fee starting at $65.
✅ For use in corporate or business projects: Corporate license fee (1.2 times the base price and up)
【Design Usage — Character / Outfit Designs】
Character and outfit designs are separate creative works from the final illustration,
but their usage conditions are generally the same as illustration usage.
Use allowed without extra fees：
Commissioning other illustrators to create artwork for personal use, streaming, videos, or social media.
(This also includes monetized YouTube channels and VTuber activities.)
• Creating Live2D / 3D models
※ Design usage for model creation is already included in the base price.
Extra fees required：
• Merchandise production & sales
(※ This includes products made using the design itself, even if illustrated by another artist.)
• Corporate or commercial projects
Refunds 返金について
・The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.
・In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending amessage requesting the order to be canceled.
・If a refund is requested before the start of the color rough production, the amount will be refunded minus the administrative fee.
・No refunds will be made once the color rough production has started.
・If any form of forced refund or chargeback is made through a third party, the client will lose all rights to the artwork.
All rights will remain with the artist, who may resell or offer the artwork to other potential buyers at their discretion.
